Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During collection launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Please be aware that pre orders usually take an additional 4-7 weeks for production time PLUS the additional time to process orders and ship them off. As well as items marked as (made to order) please allow for 3-4 weeks for production plus shipping time. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Canada: 1–7 business days

United States: 5–10 business days

International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost so please be aware of this before purchasing. 

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to us at osamuskwasis@gmail.com

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.
